Pyramid-Shaped Structure Composed of Ancient Concrete Discovered in Zagorice, Bosnia near the Bosnian Pyramid Complex

By Jock Doubleday

Should a new structure be added to the already lengthy list of 11 ancient structures in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex?

As of April 2015, Ginje Tumulus was the farthest-south structure in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex. The new structure proposed for addition in the Complex, the Bosnian Pyramid of Remembering, is located 4 kilometers west and slightly north of Ginje.

The 11 ancient structures already discovered and named in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex are:

1)   Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun
2)   Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon
3)   Bosnian Pyramid of Love
4)   Bosnian Pyramid of the Dragon
5)   Temple of Mother Earth
6)   Vratnica Tumulus
7)   Dolovi Tumulus
8)   Ginje Tumulus
9)   KTK Tunnel
10) Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth (Levels 1 and Level 2)
11) Belltower Hill

Additional structures that may or may not be added to the Bosnian Pyramid Complex in the future are:

Kula Hill, Osijela Hill, the Fojnica riverbed, the Bosna riverbed, an unnamed “twin peak” to the southwest of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, and other structures in and near Visoko, Bosnia.

On April 12, 2015, I took a taxi from Visoko, Bosnia to Zagorice, a small village about 7 kilometers southwest of Visoko along the road that follows the Fojnica River toward Kiseljak.

Here is a video of an exploration of the ancient pyramid-shaped structure that towers above the small village of Zagorice, Bosnia.

  1. Enjoyed your video, but I didn’t see anything to convince me that this is not a limestone. According to the internet secondary sedimentation limestone and karst topography dominate this region.

    • Thank you for your comment. There is a mysteriously large amount of ancient building in and beyond the Bosnian Pyramid Complex, usually soft clay (earthquake mitigating) layers alternating with structurally inclined hard baked claystone layers. Sometimes these layers are topped with concrete — as on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun: the hardest concrete ever tested, ancient or modern, with the best (lowest) water absorption of any concrete ever tested, ancient or modern. The concrete on the structure spoken about in the article mimics the concrete on the Pyramid of the Sun in its hardness (non-deterioration, even when completely exposed to the weather). An interesting find. Also, on its eastern face (to the north of the face I climbed), huge structurally inclined claystone layers are seen in the valley between it and the neighboring structure, which itself has similar structurally inclined claystone layers exposed and is therefore probably built as well. What I mean by “structurally inclined” is that, all around the Bosnian Pyramid Complex, claystone layers have been inclined — for structural strength — into the face of the structure in which they are found by excavation. Usually these claystone terraces also spiral up the structure, as well.

  2. I live in Serbia and my father was born in Bosnia so i traveled to Bosnia so many times throughout my life. I visited this place and i can tell everything you said is 100% truth, especially things about concrete because my father is working whole his life in the construction businesses”….. I support everything you said and hope that Sam’ s gonna bite” this project … We know he is so busy man but still, lets hope …

  3. I have been trying to get the mainstream scientific community to listen but since it’s not “science” I’m ignored or laughed at… which just makes me more eloquent in my attempts… I will get them to listen sooner or later… not going to give up and this work just gives me a push to keep at it…if you know how to see, then you look at running water and you can see that over the top of the water is another river of light… It is generally a pure white or golden color… Thanks
