~ An Astonishing Discovery ~
April 2005

Nine years after discovering an ancient pyramid complex in Bosnia, Dr. Sam Osmanagich, Ph.D., coordinates the workings of Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation at the entrance of Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth, June 19, 2014.
In April 2005, a Bosnian explorer and businessman named Semir Osmanagić (Americanized as “Sam Osmanagich”) discovered an ancient pyramid complex in Visoko, Bosnia-Herzegovina, a small town approximately 25 kilometers northwest of Sarajevo.
Since Dr. Osmanagich’s discovery in April 2005, an astonishing 550,000 tourists have visited the Bosnian Pyramid Complex, while academics, from their armchairs in dusty offices at prestigious universities across the world, have summarily dismissed, without considering the evidence, the existence and even the possibility of ancient pyramids in the Balkans.
Above: Tourists visiting the Bosnian Pyramid Complex.
Below: Volunteers working for Archaeological Park Foundation.
550,000 satisfied tourists and thousands of enthusiastic volunteers from six continents have engaged the Bosnian Pyramid Complex in the course of 13 years, and members of the archaeological and anthropological orthodoxies, housed largely in academia, aren’t too happy about that. Why are professors unhappy that the most important discovery in archaeology has been made in the new century? Because they might have to rewrite their schoolbook history and change their curricula. The gravy train of academia isn’t too gravy when one must spend days, weeks, months, or years to rethink, re-configure, and re-write one’s subject.

Harvard University, a daffy bastion of nonsense in the subjects of archaeology, anthropology, astronomy, astrophysics, physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, cosmology, mythology, American history, ancient history (the Greeks and Romans were not “ancient” but lived a mere 100 to 140 generations ago — that’s 98 to 138 grandmothers ago; labeling recent societies as “ancient” obscures truly ancient history), geology, geophysics, climatology, medicine (most notably immunology and obstetrics), economics, sociology, the list goes on.
Meanwhile, real scientists, those interested in discovering the truth about humanity’s past on Earth — independent field archaeologists, laboratory specialists, electrical engineers, sound engineers, scalar phenomena researchers, and other independent researchers and research teams — continue to work diligently to explore the real world (not play with mathematical models), investigating ancient and truly mysterious sites like Göbekli Tepe, Gunung Padung, and the Bosnian Pyramid Complex . . . filtering out university indoctrination as they go, to the great benefit of humankind.
The Nature of the Construction Stones
in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex
~ Artificial and Natural ~
In the Bosnian Pyramid Complex, two types of construction stones, artificial and natural, have been discovered through the process of excavation by employees and volunteers working in Visoko, Bosnia on behalf of Archaeological Park Foundation, a Bosnian NGO nonprofit organization overseeing archaeological activity in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex.
Question: Where is Visoko, Bosnia, and what are the structures being excavated by archaeological teams there?
Answer: Please see four maps below.

River and tunnel systems in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex: 1) Fojnica River, 2) Bosnia River; 3) Ravne Tunnel, 4) KTK Tunnel

1. Artificial Stones discovered in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex
Osijela Hill
Artificial Claystone Terrace Stones
Osijela Hill, which stands directly east across the Fojnica River from the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, is composed of alternating 1) hard baked claystone layers and 2) earthquake-mitigating soft clay layers.

Osijela hill, significantly eroded in modern times, was constructed in ancient times using alternating claystone and soft clay layers. The dark, leftward-leaning horizontal lines are the baked claystone layers, which are structural stone terraces inclined into the face of the structure and also, for some reason, leftward leaning, as mentioned. Other structures in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex have required significant excavation to uncover structural elements. Natural erosion of Osijela’s very steep eastern slope has provided a modern look into its structural interior. We are looking east and a bit south in this photo. If we turned to the right, we would be looking south along the northward-traveling Fojnica River, and if we turned further to the right, we would be looking at the eastern face of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun.
Dissimilar (Unique) Construction Stones
on Osijela Hill

Individually dissimilar baked claystone construction stones, inclined into the face of Osijela Hill for structural strength, alternate with soft earthquake-mitigating clay layers to compose this gargantuan structure directly east of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun.
A side-view of the same construction stones more clearly shows 1) the dissimilar (unique) nature of the stones and 2) the stones’ steep inclination into the face of the structure:
The reason we are able to see these stones today is that relentless rainwater erosion of the construction clay that covered them for thousands of years has laid them bare.
*** Please Note: Osijela Hill has not been officially recognized as an archaeological structure, probably because land mines may still exist on it from the recent war and may still pose a danger. It is not recommended that tourists or anyone else explore this hill until all mines have been removed by the Bosnian government. A new satellite-based scanning technology innovated by a Dutch company may soon be able to be implemented to detect plastic-covered mines, which are undetectable by normal means. ***
Thus, instead of exploring the Osijela Hill on your visit to the Complex, please view any or all of these videos for an adventure into prehistory on the steepest hill in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex:

Vratnica Tumulus
Artificial Claystone Terrace Stones
The northernmost structure in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex, to date, is Vratnica Tumulus, a beautifully conical structure that has undergone significant excavation by Archaeological Park Foundation teams since its discovery by Dr. Osmanagich in May 2006.

Vratnica Tumulus, an ancient artificial structure that marks the northernmost point of the Bosnian Pyramid Complex.

Excavated claystone terrace under snow, Vratnica Tumulus, January 2, 2015.
Please Note: The megalithic and super-megalithic artificial claystones composing structural terraces in Vratnica Tumulus are always channeled. Why? If these channels were meant to conduct excess water, where is this water coming from when the terraces were covered with, fully surrounded by, compressed construction clay? Are the channels in reality spaces for the placement of soft earthquake-mitigating clay?

The ancient, artificial, stepped, inclined hard baked super-megalithic claystones that compose the terrace shown above were hidden beneath tons of construction clay before their excavation in late-2005 and 2006 by Archaeological Park Foundation. The terrace depicted above is composed of beautifully top-textured claystone megaliths that are perfectly aligned and regularly channeled. As construction stones, these megaliths were never meant to be seen.

The Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon
~ Artificial Claystone Terraces ~
The Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon, the second tallest documented pyramid in the world, is composed of baked claystone layers alternating with soft earthquake-mitigating clay layers.
Excavated Claystone Terrace #1 – The Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon
The first (lowest) excavated megalithic claystone terrace on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon is composed of textured claystones laid down in sections aligned diagonally to the structure.
The terrace as a whole spirals up the structure to the right as one faces the western side of the pyramid. The claystone terrace steps down in sections at irregular intervals as it rises.
Please Note: All of the terraces on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon were covered by soft construction clay for tens of thousands of years or longer. These terraces, as structural elements of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon, were never meant to be seen.
Excavated Claystone Terrace #2 – The Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon
The second megalithic claystone terrace is composed of non-top-textured claystones. The absence of top-texturing is a rarity in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex. The terrace spirals up to the left as one faces the structure.
Above: The advanced race or races that built the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon stepped terrace stones in two ways: 1) They stepped outer-terrace stones up from inner-terrace stones; Below: 2) They stepped upper-spiral stones up (as in this terrace) or down (as in Terrace #1) from lower-spiral stones.
The megalithic stones in the claystone terraces excavated on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon:
1) spiral up the structure
2) incline into the structure
3) step up as they spiral
4) step back in outer sections
5) are placed in alignment with other terrace stones to the left and right
6) are spaced apart from other terrace stones a) to the left and to the right b) to the front and to the back, and c) to the bottom and to the top, so as to
7) allow incorporation of soft earthquake-mitigating construction clay between all artificial stones.

Please Note: The artificial claystone terraces above have been called by Robert Schoch natural geological features since late 2006.
Not only has Robert Schoch called the claystone terraces in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex natural, he has called, and continues to call, the entire pyramid complex in Bosnia natural.
Not only does Robert Schoch call the entire pyramid complex in Bosnia natural, he libels Archaeological Park Foundation employees, volunteers, Board Members, and Dr. Sam Osmanagich himself.
Robert Schoch’s full, and fully shocking, statement, which has remained unchanged on his official web sites for many years, is:
“I maintain my conviction that there are NO pyramids at Visoko, Bosnia. Rather, all the so-called pyramids are the result of natural geological processes and phenomena that are currently being “excavated” (i.e., modified) to look like pyramids.” – Dr. Robert Schoch
Dr. Robert Schoch’s accusation, an accusation that is 1) unfounded, 2) lunatic, and 3) legally actionable, is that persons associated with Archaeological Park Foundation are purposely creating archaeological sites resembling pyramidal digs for the purposes of defrauding and bilking an unsuspecting public.
* * *
Excavated Claystone Terrace #3 – The Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon
Please Note: All constructed terraces on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon were covered by soft construction clay for tens of thousands of years or longer. These terraces, as structural elements of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon, were never meant to be seen. They are seen in modern day only because of the diligent work of Archaeological Park Foundation volunteers and employees.
Please note further that the anthropological and archaeological orthodoxies, housed largely in academia, have been adamantly opposed to Visoko, Bosnia excavations for 13 years and in fact almost succeeded in stopping the project by legal means.

The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun
(1 of 3 categories of ancient stonework on this pyramid)
Artificial Claystone Terraces
The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun is composed of alternating claystone layers and soft earthquake-mitigating clay and concrete.
In October 2015, private landowners living on the steep side of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun were digging out a flat patio area and discovered claystone layers laid down solidly and precisely in ancient times.
Anybody can find evidence of prehistoric structures in Visoko. All one has to do is dig — or simply open one’s eyes as one walks along. 🙂 . . . Some photos of the dig have been included below. The full article with photos is here: “Spontaneous Archaeology on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun.”
Only 75 meters to the south of this dig is another excavation site – a road built in modern times that cuts slightly into the side of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun and gives us a glimpse at rightward-leaning ancient clay construction stone.
The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun
(2 of 3 categories of ancient stonework on this pyramid)
Artificial Clay-Bound Concrete Blocks and Slabs
Can we call concrete blocks and slabs stones? For the purposes of this article, concrete blocks and slabs will be referred to as construction stones. Why? Because the binding material for all of the artificial construction elements in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex is clay. (Please see video, “The Game of Glue: Exploring Osijela Hill in the Bosnian Pyramid Megacomplex, June 9, 2017“)
Both 1) claystones and 2) concrete blocks/slabs have clay — specifically heated clay — as the binding material.
Concrete blocks and slabs on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun have been tested by six scientific institutes, and all six institutes’ laboratories found the samples to be geopolymer (artificial) concrete. One of the institutes later made a retraction (see Joseph Davidovits’s retraction here).
The concrete on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun has been found to be
1) the hardest and
2) the most durable
concrete of any concrete ever analyzed, ancient or modern. Of the concrete samples sent into scientific laboratories for hardness testing, the hardest sample was found to be 133.8 megapascals, which is much harder than modern-day concretes and much harder than Roman concretes.
What is a megapascal? Find out here.
Also, the water absorption rate of the concrete on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun was found to be a mere 1.1%. This is far superior than the best that modern-day concretes can do at 3% water absorption rate. Water absorption is detrimental to concrete, because that water can freeze in the winter and crack the concrete.
Below: Volunteers excavate ancient concrete slabs on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun.
This is concrete-like material that Graham Hancock calls natural.
Yes, it’s true. Graham Hancock visited the Bosnian Pyramid Complex in early June 2014 and was given a 3-day personal tour by Dr. Sam Osmanagich, Ph.D. . . . Graham later stated, at a 2015 public conference in Colorado:
“Nature also makes concretes. The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun concretes are very like these pudding stones that we see in different natural formations all around the world.”

(3 of 3 categories of ancient stonework on this pyramid)
Artificial Clay-Bound Concrete-Like Stepped and Textured Terraces
You can see the excavation pictured below at the beginning and the very end of a video titled, “Spontaneous Archaeology.” This excavation is the lowest primary excavation on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun. In other words, it’s the first one tourists come to on their tour of the pyramid.
We see rightward-leaning concrete-like material that has been top-textured and that morphs easily into sandstone or claystone-looking material. Most of the material is joined together in one massive super-megalith. This top-textured concrete-like-and-morphing-into-claystone material is:
1) stepped and
2) inclined into the face of the structure.
Below are photos of an excavation site further up the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun that volunteers call “the Crack,” for reasons that need not be elucidated.

Fojnica Riverbed
Artificial Adhered Claystone Layers
The Fojnica River winds placidly through the Bosnian Pyramid Complex.
The riverbed of the Fojnica River was built in its entirety in anciet times and ties together all of the main structures of the Bosnian Pyramid Complex, creating one unified megastructure.
“It’s an astonishing feat of engineering, all these structures tied together at the base through the riverbed. There’s no way for the water in the river to get under the structures, because the water is flowing over the megastructure that is the Complex. . . .
“So the Pyramid of the Moon – it’s not like they built it on the earth and then went over here and built Osijela Hill. No. They tied everything. . . . Impossible, except maybe over millions of years, to erode this.”

2. Natural Construction Stones discovered in the Bosnian Pyramid Complex
Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth
Tens of thousands of natural river stones, occasionally intermingled with artificial baked clay construction stones (such as the long, flat, rust-colored stone in the photo below), compose hundreds of dry-stack walls inside prehistoric Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth. For thousands of years, none of these stone retaining walls were able to be seen — until Archaeological Park Foundation‘s excavation of Ravne Tunnel began in late 2005.

Prehistoric dry-stack (mortar-free) rock wall in Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth in Visoko, Bosnia, August 9, 2014.
Hundreds of dry-stack (mortar-free) natural river stone retaining walls hold in the fill-in material that was stuffed into side-tunnels — stuffed to the brim — an estimated 4,600 years ago by an unknown advanced culture. This unknown culture also used the fill-in material — loose sand and small river stones — to fill in the main passageways of Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth. The extremely heavy, wet, loose fill-in material is what Archaeological Park Foundation employees and volunteers have been excavating since Ravne Tunnel’s discovery by Dr. Sam Osmanagich on October 27, 2005.

Excavated fill-in material outside Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth, December 27, 2014.
Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth
“Dry-Stack” River Stone Retaining Walls
In addition to holding in the fill-in material that was stuffed into Ravne’s side-tunnels an estiamted 4,600 years ago, dry-stack river stone walls also were built inside parts of some of the side-tunnels, presumably to shore up the walls, although this is just a hypothesis. No one knows if the culture that plugged Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth with loose sand and river stones and hundreds of stone retaining walls was the same culture that conceived and built Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth in prehistoric times.
Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth
Conglomerate Tunnel Walls and Ceiling
Ravne Tunnel Labyrinth finds itself in what appears to be flood-brought conglomerate — pebbles, small stones, and sand — that was naturally compressed over many thousands of years. All of the tunnel walls and ceilings composed of this material, much of it quite loose (as in the last four photos in the collage below), although in some areas of the tunnel the walls and ceiling material has become crystallized and hard (as in the first three photos in the collage below).
This conglomerate material is nearly identical to the fill-in material, except that the fill-in material is 1) universally loose (easily shovelable without pick-axe work) and 2) very occasionally mixed with wet clay material.
As with the rest of the Bosnian Pyramid Complex, specific materials/”ingredients” morph from place to place without seeming rhyme or reason, although all materials are crystalline.
* * *
The etymology of “clay is “glue.”
“They heated up this clay – which has a history in etymology of being the same concept as “glue.” In fact, in the Proto-Indo-European language, “gley” was glue. And “gley” became “clay.” So their clay was glue. To us it’s dirt. To them it was glue. And if you heat it up, it becomes glue. It glues itself to itself and becomes a baked claystone. Or, if it’s softer, like in this little layer in between, it can glue hard material to hard material. It can become glue between those. And also it can mitigate earthquakes. So you keep seeing these alternating baked claystone and soft clay layers. . . . Sectioning: So, they’re done with one block and they start another block. And in between the blocks, soft earthquake-mitigating clay.”
“You ask yourself, ‘Am I a scientist? I didn’t have my university training, I must not be a scientist, I’m just little old me.’ Really? Well, if you have eyes and you use your eyes to gather information, and use your brain to process it, you can be a scientist.
“What is a scientist? A good scientist, a real scientist, is one who bypasses cultural indoctrination, the indoctrination of the language that we use – which has its own pitfalls, its own traps – and the indoctrination of the universities, which tell us how to think. Sometimes the universities are correct. Sometimes they’re not. If they’re not, then the student, when he or she goes out into the world, needs to bypass that indoctrination.
“We have in the sciences a massive amount of incorrect information being taught as truth. Big problem. Then the students go out, and they have difficulty, to one degree or another, based on the individual, overcoming that indoctrination, filtering it out, to see what they’re really looking at.
“Because you can look at this [excavation of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun], and if you’re a graduate of a school of archaeology, you’ll see sedimentary layers. You’ve been told, time and time again, that there are no ancient [prehistoric] civilizations in Bosnia, that the earliest cultured civilization was the Romans, or perhaps the Illyrians. And before that, no ancient – certainly no pyramid-building – cultures. That’s what you’ve been told. So: this must be sedimentation, this must be natural, and the list goes on.
“But if you look with your eyes, all you see is the clear evidence – if you filter out the indoctrination of the university – you see the clear evidence of a built structure. And it is the tallest documented pyramid on the planet. There may be taller pyramids, but this is the tallest documented one.
“Let’s continue to use our eyes. Go out, gather evidence in your neighborhood of what you see beneath the soil, of what you see cropping out above the soil. Take photos, make videos, bring those to the public, so that the public can use its global mind, so that we can help each other arrive at the truth about humanity’s past on Earth and about the past of all the races that have lived here.
“It’s a big mosh pit [of advanced civilizations] over millions of years. And to sort it out is going to take a lot of time. And we need the help of real scientists using their brains to the fullest capacity, using their eyes as clear lenses focusing on what they are seeing and not focused on what they’ve been told. . . .
“Everything that nature has given us, we need to use those and realize that we are scientists, to one degree or another. It’s just a question of whether or not we give in to the indoctrination of our language, our culture, and the university.”

The beautiful and important Piri Reis map – the fragment that survives – was created on gazelle skin parchment.
I’m not a math guy, particularly, but I did some basic research on the subject of map projections to investigate the truth about the claims of authenticity of the Piri Reis map. I did two days of research on the subject. This was two days that Robert Milton Schoch was unable or unwilling to spend preparing material for his book “Voices of the Rocks,” in which he (quite oddly) claims that the Piri Reis map is not authentic but, with Wikipedia, instead claims that the lower portion of South America is bent round to fit the parchment. In other words, Dr. Schoch claims that a Turkish admiral, competent to navigate and sail the ancient seas, was too stupid to find a piece of parchment big enough for his map. Let’s continue to do basic research that orthodoxical researchers can’t or won’t do – to get to the basic truths about humanity’s past on Earth.
“. . . the reason the lower part of South America is curved to the east on the left-hand lower corner of the map, and the reason that the continent of Antarctica looks as if it might be South America’s extended tip at the bottom center of the map, is that Piri Reis used an azimuthal equidistant projection, a sophisticated cartographic method that gives more accurate relative continent sizes than the modern standard of cylindrical projection, which unnaturally enlarges polar-region continents.”

#3. “If we’re the ancients and we’re building in sections, we would have seams.
“You can see the top [of the hill] being so regular [and rounded]. The line is really regular, even though the composition of the hill is this really, really strong, tortured material — seemingly tortured, if it was natural — and yet the top is perfectly smooth. It doesn’t make any sense. If this stuff came into existence by the forces of nature, the hill would not be so smooth [and rounded] at the top.
“I want to encourage anyone listening to this video to think of this as some kind of concrete — and not natural — as a hypothesis. . . . We had veins like this, calcite veins, in the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun concrete. And you can see the veins run all through this stuff. Could be natural, right? Could very well be natural. But then again, what if it’s not? If it’s not natural, that’s really, really, really important to know. So, even if the chances of this being artificial are very small, I think it’s important that we pursue this possibility. And there are clues, like these calcite veins, that this could be artificial.”

“You can see the stones are inclined to the right, into the face of the structure . . . [Geologists] will just say, ‘That’s the way the hills were shaped over millions of years.’ Well, that’s totally a reasonable claim, unless you actually study them. But you won’t find anyone studying these hills out here. [E]ventually science is going to have to catch up with the world. . . . And if the evidence consistently tells us that these cannot be natural hills, then we must find out what in goodness name they are.”

#2. Jock Doubleday explores South African archaeology/geology, finding ancient circle-shaped holes in stones, and a strange stone with lines in it, November 12, 2015.
What are these petroglyphs? Do they represent star systems? Why are there channels between some of the circles? Are they representations of atoms forming a molecule?

The latest from the Balkans: “The Cosmic Internet” 🙂
“Crystalline material defines what pyramids are, all around the world. So I think that this crystalline material that Tesla said is living could be the key.”
We’ll have to figure out the language(s) that advanced civilizations used and use. The data transmitted will be of all ages: from very old to completely new. Scalar wave technology allows civilizations to send information virtually instantaneously across the width of a galaxy, so their latest data, plus data from billions of years ago, will likely be available.
